Contract Begin Here Service Agreement 1. PartiesThis Cleaning Service Agreement is between Just a Touch of Love Cleaning and the client below.Name First Last 2. Services ProvidedThe Service Provider agrees to perform cleaning services as requested, which may include: Airbnb / short-term rental turnover cleaning, General cleaning tasks, Laundry services (if selected), Restocking of essential supplies (if selected), Post-cleaning photo documentation (if selected). Services will be performed according to the agreed scope provided at the time of booking.3. Scheduling and AccessDelays caused by lack of access may result in additional fees. Client agrees to provide:Timely Access to the Property Agree Entry instructions (lockbox, keypad, key, etc.) Agree Accurate scheduling details Agree 4. Payment TermsPayment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Card. Late payments may result in suspension of future services.5. Cancellation PolicyCancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Same-day cancellations may be charged a portion of the service fee6. Client ResponsibilitiesClient agrees to:Remove personal valuables from the property Agree Ensure reasonable condition of the home Agree Notify Service Provider of any hazards or special instructions Agree 7. Limitation of LiabilityService Provider is not responsible for: Pre-existing damage, Lost or unsecured items, or Issues outside the agreed scope of work8. Satisfaction GuaranteeIf the Client is not satisfied, the Service Provider will return to address concerns within a reasonable timeframe.9.
